Cancellation Policy
The Chamber of St. Matthews reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or acts of nature (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies). In the event of a rescheduling, registered attendees will be notified and given the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
Attendee Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future event.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event or failure to attend are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may be granted in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to the Chamber for consideration.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days and issued to the original payment method.

- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event will allow for rescheduling at a mutually agreed-upon date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the inability to reschedule due to calendar availability.
- No-shows without prior notice may impact future scheduling considerations.
We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to making your ribbon-cutting event a success. Please notify the Chamber as soon as possible if changes are necessary.
